Contractor owns and operates equipment capable of providing a full range of services including, mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, storage, measurement and inspection. A summary of equipment available for use on contracts, include the following:

  • 2 x SeaEye Surveyor Plus ROV’s (#214 & #225) each complete with Control Container, Luffing “A” Frame, Umbilical Winch with integrated HPU, 1 x primary umbilical and backup umbilical, Dual imaging sonar head providing full 360 degree sweep, five function manipulator, 3 x online high resolution colour cameras, Video recording and realtime digital overlay available for survey positioning/CP/depth and third party data. Recording options including VHS, SVHS and DVD.
  • API 17 adapter compliant Valve Stroking tool up to 600 NM
  • Flooded Member Detection system c/w articulated yoke
  • CP measurement probe (Proximity and contact)
  • Radiation Detection tooling
  • Inspection Data Management Software (ROVTrack, CTrack, FloodTrack)
  • Articulated Hydraulic Deck Crane (HIAB) (2.4 x 2.0 x 2.8mH) c/w bunded HPU and integrated deployment frame.
  • 50 KVA bunded diesel generator (2.9 x 1.2 x 2.35mH) c/w power distribution panel
  • 4 person accommodation module (6.05 x 2.44 x 2.59mH) c/w bunks, electrical requirements, smoke alarms, study desks, personal storage, AC, TV/VCR/DVD, Class 1 compliant toilet (MARPOL), shower and wash facilities.
  • 10 tonne work winch (1.81 x 1.28 x 2mH) (10 tonnes on outer wrap with up to 350m of 25mm wire) c/w bunded 3 Phase HPU, double speed block and remote pilot control. Winch flange diameter, 1050mm.
  • 3 tonne work winch (1.34 x 1.0 x 1.79mH)
  • Mini workshop / transport containers (2.4 x 1.8 x 2.38mH), ideal for electronic hardware, welding store, rigging store, deck workshop, deck office.
  • 6m (20’) work shop container c/w power, lights shelves, racks work bench, bench grinder and vice but can be provisioned up with whatever equipment is required.
  • Offshore rigging store, provisioned with certified stock of shackles, slings, chain pullers, come-u-longs etc, required for general and specific deck work.
  • Bathycorremeter for wall thickness measurement
  • Satellite communications systems (4 available) c/w voice, fax and dedicated email
  • CDMA communications systems c/w voice, fax and dedicated email
  • Offshore computer spread inclusive of personal computers, printers, hub and external communications interface.
